The Carroll block contained much more
specialised equipment than the Brindabella block. |

This part of the Carroll block housed
the PC and Macintosh labs. Classrooms in this area were
also used for English and Commerce. It was in this
area that our year group had a meeting about the venue of our upcoming
formal. |

The electronic class room was
established during 1994 and was a very impressive outlay of
technology for the time. |

This was a joint experiment between St
Peter's and Merici College, and is likely to have consisted of remote
terminals and a polycom speaker unit. |

I am not sure what kind of classes were
conducted on this system and I don't recall any students who were
taking part in the trial discussing it at the time. |
