This guy was full of energy. One
of a few teachers who was able to get students involved in the class
purely by his boundless enthusiasm about construction. |

a recurring bit about "your friend and mine; the ball peen hammer" and
the memorable "it's called a bastard file" speech which he probably used on every year 7
technology class since the beginning of time. |

Went to Canada for a while on an
exchange program, came back raving about the Canucks hockey team. |
