The main performance at Bruce.
The fact that we came fourth at Bruce was even more disappointing
because we went there with the wrong attitude towards the whole thing:
We were really hyped up and wanted to win. We were expecting to be one
of the best two schools there. That’s what made it so painful. We
wanted St Peter’s last Rock Eisteddfod to be the memorable one. |

Everyone was really excited when we
decided to go to the Sydney heats despite out Canberra upset. This
time our attitude was totally different. We just wanted to have fun
and to do our Rock Eisteddfod once again. We went out there, had a
great time and gave it our all. We thought it would be out last
performance. |

The feeling of being on stage in front
on thousands of people was indescribable. After our very last
performance, the backstage crew got together and before packing the
trucks for the last time, we literally demolished the statues and
sets, jumping on them and tearing them apart! |
